"Woolace & Johnson did a professional job handling my plumbing problems. I had issues with water draining too slowly into the sewer and my shower clogging. I left a message on Sunday and they called back the next day. I also asked them to service my furnace. They showed up on schedule and determined that the pipes in my house leading to the sewer needed to be replaced. I set up another day for them to come out since this was a larger repair than we had anticipated, and they got to work. They placed an emphasis on making sure things were done correctly without compromises and even made improvements to the design of my system. At the end, they made sure everything was working properly and that there were no leaks in the plumbing installation. They explained every part of the process very well, and I am happy with the job they did."
