"My car had to be towed to another dealership because that’s the only place insurance would pay for it to be towed to, had a horrible experience, picked it up and still had problems. Brought it to CR, where I leased and then bought it from and have always had great service, Andy the service manager, made sure everything was taken care of this time, picked my car up for me, made sure I had a loaner, and the whole team was awesome to work with. I won’t take my car anywhere else!"

"Got an oil change on my 5.7l jeep. Cheapest place I could find close to me. Friendly service. Get your phone number corrected on Google @ whoever's does advertising for CR."

"Stopped in to have them patch a tire. Patch lasted 3 weeks. Took tire to a tire place and found out they used the wrong type of patch for a steel belted tire. They wrecked the tire from being patched again. Now it is costing me nearly $200 for new tire, as the one replaced was pretty new. They had no clue what they were doing and I would not recommend their service dept again. I am very dissatisfied with them and the fact of spending $200 to replace their mucked up work."

"I would never recommend anyone too them at all! My girlfriend took her truck too them 3 times in one mouth because they couldn’t figure out the air suspension problem on her Dodge truck.. mind you the reason we brought it to them is because they are a dodge dealership. After replacing a valve, then an airbag someone didn’t put her suspension back on correctly & it came off while she was driving. Thank god nothing happened to her! We had it sent back to them luckily with no damage done to the truck & then they wanna tell us the person who knows the air suspension wasn’t the one who fixed her truck.. Why not? Is beyond me. We also live in Jackson so we’ve been driving 40 mins away to have them fix her truck. After all these issues we asked for a discount on the price & they wanna come back & say if they do they won’t services our truck again... We’ll that’s fine with me buddy because we’ll never bring anything back to you ever again!"

"First of all there are 2 things you should know. #1 I have NEVER written a bad review for any company and #2 it hurts me to have to write this one. After purchasing/leasing 9 vehicles from CR Motors we had a terrible experience on the last one. A mistake was made, no problem it happens but then for 2 months we were promised it would be made right even being asked to fax supporting paperwork twice and being told they would make it right because we were such valuable customers. All I can think is they thought if they drug it out long enough I would go away. They are correct!! I am GOING AWAY!! I strongly suggest you do not do business here. If you choose to do business here, BUYER BEWARE!! Do not take them at their word. This cost me personally over $1500. Had to do 1 star to post but is actually ZERO. To be clear this is the Hudson location."
