"I called the owner and he was skeptical about my report of a service man “son in-law”. He knocked and then walked right into my house. My dogs blocked him and I am surprised they didn’t do more than that. I told the man to go through my sink in the garage and he didn’t. Which would have corrected any drain issues. He did not look for clean-outs. He also started asking me questions about my ring cameras. Time spent away from doing the work. In addition, he asked to borrow a pipe cutter. Just not professional. The owner stated that he never received a call like this for 15 years. Made me feel like I wasn’t being honest. He did say that he would not charge me, rectifying the issue. I had to hire another local business to come the next day to finish the job. While I appreciate the resolution, I did not appreciate him treating me like I was being dishonest. Therefore, the review. He has lost my business and possibly others."

"My tenants called Bluhm & Reber because the toilet was backing up. They were responsive and came out in good time. But it took two trips to unclog what I was told by the plumber a few days later, was just toilet paper, instead of what was thought to possibly be roots in the line. I was startled that such a typical issue ended up being billed at 480 dollars. The second time he came back with a SeeSnake to use what should have been used the first time. Im not sure why the SeeSnake was not kept in the van. It would have saved him time, and a second trip, and would have cut my bill down. I expected to pay around 150, but 480 is just too much for a plumber to charge on a common job."

"They forgot about our appt twice. Third time they came and had to borrow several of my BASIC tools/ equipment. (Hose, drill, water pump). “Worked” for 30 minutes, talked to neighbors for over an hour…billed for 3.5 hrs. Told us we needed to excavate yard for major repair, i unclogged drain with a manual snake with ease. Very unprofessional, terrible service."
