"I have used the services of this local business for 10+ years and grateful to have them in our area. Other comparably sized towns no longer have local dry cleaning services and items are shipped out with extended lead times. I have taken items needing same day service. I have taken large (okay, very large) area rugs, pageant gowns, comforters, pillows and leather goods - always excellant service. "My daughter 's $267 prom dress got donated. We dropped it off March 2, 2020 two weeks before the world shut down. Needless to say we didn't think about it again until prom season this year. I fully own that we waited too long, BUT due to the pandemic, I would have expected it be held a little longer. however, the bigger issue is that I was told by the owner that she called me 2 times with specific months. I checked my phone records and this didn't happen . Then today she blamed it on her employees and offered to compensate. She offered me $40. Very disappointing customer service."
