"When someone else crashes your car and it get towed here they have zero remorse for the owner. Haven forbid they won’t let you get stuff out of your vehicle until you pay the enormous almost $300 bill (the accident was less then 10 miles away) and bring them the title. My title was in the car and they refused to give it to me unless I signed it to them or had someone there removing the vehicle. Then have to do it that day or else they charge you 30$ a day to hold your vehicle. Not to mention they wouldn’t even lessen the bill when scrap price would’ve covered the tow bill. Just complete B.S."
