They charged $90 just to say it doesn’t work as if we didn’t already know that! They didn’t even fix it! Wanted ANOTHER $90 service fee just to come back on top of labor and parts! I will NOT be a returning customer!"

"Bought a electric stove and it turned off when cooking. It took 20 minutes to cook an egg. Had owner come look and he said he didn't know why it shut off. He made calls , then said it is supposed to do that. I had someone else come and fix it because they wouldn't stand behind the product."

Lots of miscommunication between employees. Once their in-store staff communicates with their delivery staff more efficiently, their service to the customer will improve."
