"I am from Ohio and was headed to Indiana to visit my boyfriend when my car broke down an hour into the drive. Mr. Jack Hancock's shop was the closest to me and so I gave him a call. After explaining my situation, he was willing to drive out to me, jumpstart my car, and follow me back to his shop incase the car stopped again. He was extremely nice and extremely helpful.
