"rude service!! the woman with the black plugs and septum ring had attitude the entire time. they picked my hair color and my whole head is red when i asked for dark brown. these employees have no idea what they’re talking about and customer service is no help whatsoever. i wouldn’t recommend this place to the women my dad cheated on my mom with."
"I called to see if they had the dye color I needed . The girl looked at one type of dye and said no they didn't. I asked her if she would please check the other types of the brand as there are about 8 different types of dye . She just instantly said no , we don't have it . I live 40 minutes away from the next closest Sally's, all she had to do was LOOK ! I am getting totally fed up with the immature SNOTS that Sally's hires !"
