Solid Nail

"ive been going to solid nails on and off for some months now and now i remember why i stopped going.. i didnt ask for the art on my nails the lady decided thats what she wanted to do.. i never write reviews but i just hope people take this as a warning because my nails are super sore from how aggressive this women was with the drill.. i tried to tell her my nails were uneven and thats how my pinky nails ended up so short.. i then told her id rather not have the hearts she added the dots and continued on with whatever she wanted to do.. my nails are still mishaped, way shorter then what i asked and very bulky.. ive never had my nails or hands hurt after getting a full set done and i feel $74 after tip is way too much to ask for these nails.. if i could give 0 stars i would i left the salon crying in pain i will never go back."

"Since I started getting my nails done there, I will never go anywhere else. The owners are so very friendly and welcoming. Ashley, who does my nails is awesome! Her technique does not damage my nails, they always look great, attention to detail is consistent. I always have a great experience there."

"It's my first time going there since moving to Ohio, I have to say I'm glad I did. I called to schedul a manicure and pedicure, arrived on my schedule time, waited about 10 minutes before they call me, the place is small but very clean, organized and cute they definitely get the job done greatly, the lady who did my pedicure was very gentle, my nail tech Hai absolutely delivered what I wanted it, not to mention their prices is very affordable, I had a great experience there. I looked forward to my next appointment. Thank you Solid Nails."

"I visited the nail shop on July 5, 2023. When I arrived, they asked about my desired services, and I requested a fill and pedicure. After choosing a color, I had to wait for about 10 minutes before they called me for the pedicure. The woman who performed the pedicure was decent, but I had to repeatedly ask her to cut my nails shorter, and she seemed to struggle with understanding my preferences. The pedicure itself was okay, but the foot and leg massage was lacking. On the other hand, the guy who worked on my nails was friendly and easy to talk to. He fixed one of my nails and skillfully sculpted the acrylic, but he overlooked checking the lengths of all my nails. I had to point out a few that were noticeably longer and request that he file them down. Overall, my experience was just okay. I didn’t feel rushed like some shops have made me feel but I didn’t feel a strong connection to the place either. I will continue exploring other options to find a better fit."
