"I normally walk in and get seen in a decent time with no problem for a pedicure. Today I was told I had a 30 minute wait, I said ok. They called me back within the 30 minutes. I then waited in water for 1hr & 15 minutes. No one came over to say how much longer it would take to be seen. I watch 3 people come right over & be seen soon as they sat down. I get that people have appointments & I didn’t, I could’ve at least been told how long the wait would be. I finally got up & left. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my 3 years of coming here."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. I took my aunt to get a simple manicure and there was an imperfection in her nail polish that we asked the manicurist to correct. The manicurist refused to correct the imperfection and rudely got up and stormed away from my aunt without completing her service. Another employee came over and fixed the imperfection and completed the manicure. This was so unacceptable and unprofessional!! I am disgusted and disappointed with the service we received today."

"I have been going to this nail salon for a few years and the service has been fair. However, today I had a 1:45 PM appointment for a fill and pedicure. The lady that did my field was amazing but when it came time for me to get my pedicure, I waited 15 minutes and no one came to service me. This is totally unacceptable! My sister and I come every other week to get our nails done and once a month for a pedicure, but I will never be back again for a pedicure. I am so annoyed. They said they were super short staffed, however, people who came after me got a pedicure before me. How offensive! As a matter of fact, I think it’s time for us to find a new nail salon because this one has terrible customer service which is unacceptable when you’re paying $100 for a service"

"Had my 3rd visit ever there today and it was such a great experience!!! Vivian and Lena are so sweet and helpful!! Vivian is the best she took her time and paid special attention to detail and completely fixed my one toenail that I had a procedure on a year ago. She also gave me the best manicure ever! Highly highly recommend!"
