"I love this place. I've been going here for the last 5 years now. I've also treated my mom to a spa day here a couple of times for her birthday & she also loves it here. The team customer service starts from the phone call when making reservations they are always professional & polite. When you come in for your services your Greeted with that same professionalism. The staff is always polite and gives an all-around great experience from the time you walk in until the time you leave, which is 1 of the many reasons I've continued to come here."
"I was visiting family and my mom told me I had to try this place. Opted for an aromatherapy massage and jet lag facial. The front desk employee was friendly. I put my stuff in a locker and changed into a robe. Tasha was my massage therapist and she helped me pick out a fragrance and then proceeded to eliminate any tension in my muscles. My facial with Olga was next. I was already relaxed so it took about 90 seconds for me to fall asleep in the chair, even with her touching my face, neck, shoulders, and arms! Whatever products they use smell amazing, some were a soft floral fragrance but most smelled like citrus. This will be one of my stopping points any time I'm visiting Ohio!"
