Another girl was standing by what I was looking for and handed it to me. She was the same one that rang it up for me. No personality! Had to take the product back today again no personality. She should not be working with the public."

"INCREDIBLE STAFF. Thank you, Bianca! I have had only pleasant experiences with the staff at this Sally location. Everyone is always willing to help, their expertise and opinions of the many products is always valuable and honest, and a team member can always be found when and if a question arises. However, one occasion in particular finally spurred me to leave this glowing review. I had a particularly high-maintenance transaction, and Bianca (as well as the manager on duty, whose name I regret I did not catch) was more than willing to do everything necessary to complete it as it needed to be done. She was kind, obliging, and had the patience of a saint. I truly felt bad for inconveniencing her, and she was extremely pleasant despite my transaction being as annoying as it was and with their 1 working computer being extremely slow that day! I would go out of my way to visit this location regardless of whether it was the closest one. Everyone who works here has helped to make it the best Sally's on the South side of Cleveland! Thank you again, and much love! :-D"
