"After my first free session, I was hooked and immediately purchased a membership. For someone who struggles with seasonal effectiveness disorder and anxiety, Contrast Studio has been so helpful for me. Do I love cold plunges? No. But I love how I feel afterwards. I describe it as an instant, natural Xanax. I’m not a person who leaves reviews either but I love this place so much. I’m grateful to live so close to it. The infrared sauna is great. You can connect to its Bluetooth and chill out for 20-22 mins. I’ve never cold plunged until this month and the staff is incredibly helpful in walking me through it. Seriously… ask for help! They teach you about the process and what works best for your body (ie I don’t put my hands in the water bc it hurts.) I am believer. If you are looking for a natural way to relieve stress, anxiety, and SAD, please give this place a try."
