"If you’re looking for something quick until your tech is available or you find one, this is your spot. I’m never really happy with the service because they’re always rushing on my nails, the shape is never what I expect & one or two are always crooked. Although it’s not super noticeable unless up close and personal but it’s still aggy. I do like that some of the workers are nice. I feel that if I am however paying $60+ and giving a tip$ I’d expect better sets than I always get. For the price, I may never return. I’m in search of a loyal tech in Dayton, Ohio. "Went on Saturday 10/21/2023, had two different technicians cause the first didn’t understand what I wanted. I paid $15.00 Manicure and Dip powder ombré on natural nails $66.00, plus a $10.00 tip. Total: $91.00. The manicure (1st tech) was trash and dip has now chipped off… today is Tuesday 10/24/2023! Ugh!"

"Yesterday at 10a I received an acrylic nails (full set) and pedicure and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done in my entire life. My pedicure is the reason I gave at least 1 star. I took my 6 year daughter to get her nails painted for the first time. No issues with her service. My pedicure was very mediocre for the price and when she was done she had me sit in the waiting area because I still needed a full set only for the manager to take several people back to get services going in front of me. After 15 minutes of sitting there I approached him and he immediately asked me to pay and I said I hadn’t received my full set. Then he said he didn’t know I was getting a full set when he assisted me when filling out the paper… The first nail tech he got me declined doing my nails because of the shape I wanted and had me get up go sit back in waiting area. The second nail tech said he was uncomfortable doing my nails after applying the tips with no acrylic because he didn’t know how to do ombré gel properly. The third nail tech was talking disrespectful to me constantly clearing her throat and physically abusing my hands. She completed the service walked me to the front to cash out and the manager says to me “you finally got what you wanted!” I looked at him and said “sir, this was a terrible experience and I didn’t deserve this especially while my daughter was present witnessing you mistreat me.” He smiled. My bill was $169.00 I normally tip $20-$30 plus, but unfortunately didn’t after this. My daughter and walked out 12:30p. I will never spend money here again."

"Got a pedi and gel polish change , the next day 3 oh my nails had the polish lifting and tearing off(it caught in my hair). Went and got that fixed and the next day one of the same nails did the same thing and another nail. So I have to go back a 3rd time AND WAIT to get to fixed. Like I have nothing to do but keep coming here after paying upwards of $90. They used old polish obviously. Go somewhere else!! AND THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS!!. He talking to me like I did something to make this happen when I was here last night and only took a shower. No sir it’s your polish and your incompetent techs. I have a funeral to go to and have to wait for 2 nails that will take all of 10/15 min. Got my nail fixed now update. Another nail chipping and note my receipt 3/16 nails done.. nail messed up each day after. SMH"
