Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa

"My massage was great. No complaints about that. There's a front desk lady who appeared to be pregnant that was absolutely zonked out on heroin. She kept losing consciousness. The other young lady who was working with her had to keep dropping things to wake her back up. My main complaint is fairly obvious, but how is a spa that promotes health and wellness going to let an addict be the first person you interact with. Not only an addict, but she was using on the clock. how is that person still employed. Her coworker did not look surprised when she kept losing consciousness. So that leads me to believe it's a normal occurrence. That young lady needs help. Starting off what is meant to be a super relaxing experience with the sad sight of a pregnant woman teetering in her chair like a zombie, face covered in sores and sunken in, mouth agape. In what world is this okay? During my massage, it was all I could think about. As a first time customer, that's not a great way to be welcomed in."

"1hr massages aren’t really an hour. And massages aren’t really massages. This place was not worth $300. The guy spent the whole time shaking me? The lady who had my bf just Kept telling him that he has knots. But didnt do anything about it. The best part about this whole experience was the heated table."

"The massage therapists were very professional and sweet. They did a wonderful job. However, I had my first appointment canceled the day of (which I understand was because they only have what I’m assuming is one prenatal massage therapist called off, but still an inconvenience). Along with the fact that when I first booked and spoke to a man on the phone he quoted me as saying “a couples massage is $119.99 plus an additional $10 for each person who uses the room” which was totally fine. However when I went to check out they charged us both $119.99 and on both receipts it even says “couples massage-$119.99”. I feel very misled on pricing, because it’s a couples massage, I feel like the total price for both people should have been what I was quoted. I didn’t want to argue with the girls upfront because I know they couldn’t change anything, but still kind of upsetting and I feel like it’s shady to not say per person or even make that known before massage, especially for someone who has never had a massage and never dealt with a spa before."

"Book with Tiffany! She was absolutely wonderful. Such a gentle touch yet firm at the same time. She is very kind and really helped relieve tension and pain in my shoulders. I feel like a new woman! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Hand and stone was an absolute disappointment!!! I scheduled a massage for my 13 year old daughter. When I booked the appointment, I used her true birthday and age. They allowed me to book the massage and had me sign a minor consent. When we arrived at the spa, we were turned away due to her age. The website should have specified this and not let us book. Instead we drove a decent distance on a Monday night to get to this place. They did not offer any alternatives or make it worth our time. While the people were kind, it didn't make up for the time and disappointment for my daughter. At least give me a gas card for your mistake!"
