"Went to get help getting my battery changed out. The manager told me what bolts off and walked away. Expect me to do it myself. After I told him that I need help. There was 4 men in the store (2 employees 2 customers) and not one man even asked me if I needed help. Worthless people work here. Sad part was an another woman (skinny blonde) customer came in and they helped her right away. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star."
"I would like to recognize Tim. I had to make an emergency visit there today because one of my wipers broke off. And, I had just finished at Thornton's gas station on Galbraith Road, someone poured gasoline in the windshield wiper fluid containers. I tried to clean my windshield off not knowing this when I was getting gas, and it was covered in residue. Tim spent a lot of time and effort cleaning my windshield for me and then putting on my new wipers. He was great! I didn't know at that time it was gasoline. I called Thornton's after I left AutoZone. Thank you Tim!"
