"Went to get my ears pierced the manager was rude to me I asked how much was the ear rings she said they over there, I asked how long has she been piercing she said I'm a manager you can go somewhere else if you don't want to be here. I said I'm sorry I just asked a question . Then I left since she had a attitude terrible experience I will never go here again"

"My son and I came in there over the weekend because he wanted to get a gift for his mom and the employee there was so helpful and made great suggestions, she really knew their products. She was dressed up for Halloween, my son loved her costume plus she gave him a sucker. My wife loved the necklace and earrings he picked out for her! She got some extras too since they had a deal going on buy three get three free."
"I was there a couple days ago to purchase a nose ring and this big fat white lady with a Halloween costume on just literally stood right by me staring at me the whole time I ended up not getting anything I left because she was creepy and she made me feel really uncomfortable we was literally almost touching each other I won't be returning to that location"
