To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the studio has a strict cancellation policy and requires clients to provide at least a 24-hour notice for any changes to their appointments. Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the studio for safety reasons, and clients under 18 years old are not eligible for permanent make-up services.
