Heritage Square Pharmacy

"This place has gone down hill since Mark sold. Every time I come to pick up my prescriptions they either don't have them, don't have all of them ready or try to charge me the wrong price. A medication I take used to be kept in stock and is now a specialty item and has to be ordered. A prior auth was needed for this medication and I was not informed. This is not the first time I have not been notified of items not being ready or more information is needed."

"This pharmacy is excellent! The staff is helpful and caring. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be. And even when things get complicated with my insurance, they are patient and work with me to make sure everything is right. I have been getting Rx filled here for 20+ years and they have always been wonderful. For a short time i switched to riteaid because of changes in my insurance, that was a mistake. The last straw was when riteaid made a mistake that left me without medication for days and didn't even apologize! A similar problem arose at Heritage Square and they worked with me to make it right so that I didn't miss a single dose. They even have an app, and it works better than the ones the big chains use! Heritage Square is awesome. I am proud to support this small independent pharmacy."

"I am so thankful for this pharmacy everyone is so kind and polite and have went out of their way to help in several different situations. I love this pharmacy I don't feel like a number or cattle being herded. They care about their customers I appreciate them greatly. They are quick about filling scripts not long to wait at all they are on top of it. Greatly appreciated especially when you are very sick. I have went to other pharmacies and would be told hrs before scripts done or even not until the next day. Not here you get good customer service and quick scripts they are great."

"Closing at 5:30 when your posted hours are until 8pm is just wrong for a pharmacy. Signs on doors, open till 8pm. Google, open till 8pm. Arrive at 7:35 for pickup to find the store closed until after the holiday. How can I continue to have prescriptions sent to you if I cannot rely on the store to be open to pick them up? Shopping local only works if the local store is as reliable as a chain store."

"This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Mark the pharmacist goes above and beyond for his customers and the entire staff is great. I moved out of Canal Fulton last year and will still drive the extra 20 minutes to continue to support this pharmacy."
