"Pharmacists Sam was very patient and understanding in clearing up a misunderstanding. He handled by confusion and misplaced anger in a professional and calm manner. He went out of his way during a busy hour to further clear the confusion when I was not satisfied with the answer on the phone. Thank you sir! You handled it wonderfully and humbled me along the way. I wouldn’t say the same for the female pharmacist (Elaine?Lainey), who instead of clearing the misunderstanding accused me of “finding a fake prescription box” to prove my case. Shame on her. Sam can teach her professionalism."
