"Older gentleman was in front of me. The pharmacist, a female, who’s new checked him out. Iam there almost every day and never seen her before. Sometimes you can sense when someone shouldn’t be in customer service. He started to enter his information on the touch screen. The pharmacist blurted out “I will tell you when to enter your birthdate”. The older gentleman seemed stunned and said excuse me. At that point I walked away. I hope she’s not going to be a regular pharmacist at the Sheffield location. For the most part everyone there’s been helpful. It’s probably best she not wait on customers."
"After years of using CVS pharmacy, we made the switch to this pharmacy. I have been very pleased with the text refill reminders. I was pleased to see more than one or two pharmacists handling the orders. Unlike CVS where they were grossly understaffed and never had the medicines even after being called multiple times, this pharmacy has been a delight."
