"Ordered 1 hour photos on 10/6. Got an email that they were delayed. Got another email that they were ready for pickup, drove there to pick up, was told when I got there that they weren't ready, the store had no ink to print them, and it would be 2-3 WEEKS! Why was I even able to order them then. Walmart used to be a great store a decade or so ago, but it is the dregs now. Will not be at all surprised to see them go the way of Sears and others: management is horrible, website is useless, stores are messy and stock is often low, and online ordering a disaster."

"They take quite a long time to fill a prescription, and have been out of at least 3 of my medications 4 times now. As far as Pharmacies go, they're a little behind on what I would assume are the main priorities for them. I switched to another pharmacy-Walgreens-and have found them to be MUCH more convenient & efficient."

"my wife, getting sicker and unable to walk more than a few steps. we used the drive through as the store was always out of wheelchairs at that time. Always told to walk in, i asked if they could just send our big order in 2 envelopes. "walk in" they said. so we did, i got a wheelchair so brought wife in. we come around the back just in time to hear the pharmacist arguing with an aid that was saying she could of sent it in 2 envelopes but the pharmacist was spitting mad hurling insults at the type of insurance we had, at the type of people we must be, i worked 40 years, cannot help if pension sucks, i worked full time, 2 jobs for a couple decades... we have not used any walmart pharmacy since."
