"Had my script sent here and the lady behind the desk yelled at me saying it wasn’t sent to them and I’ve already had enough, I just need my Epi pen."

"I called in my refill Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. I went to pick it up Thursday night, was told it wasn't ready and to have a seat. I waited 55 minutes in line and sitting only to be told that they wouldn't be able to fill my prescription that night and to come back the next day. I called this morning (Saturday) to check on it and the pharmacist said she'd fill it right away. Called again to check order status two hours later and still nothing."

"By far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. Do not get your prescriptions sent here unless you want to wait 2-4 days to get them! **UPDATE** I honestly didn't think it could get worse but I guess it can since they sent my husband home with 2 different prescriptions UNMIXED! My kids need these asap and now we have to waste gas to go right back up there after waiting almost an hour to even get them. This place is a joke. I wish I could give 0 stars"

"I have went to this pharmacy for years and they used to be really good and fast now, it's one of the worst pharmacies there is. They never have any prescription ready, you can call as soon as they open and go in the middle of the next day and it's still won't be ready. They always forget to fill at least one of my prescriptions. And sometimes I get an attitude when you're calling them in, I feel it's because I have quite a bit if they don't want to deal with the it. There's actually a couple of the pharmacy who have really bad attitudes, however, there is some knife when said I really like. I don't know what happened, but it went downhill really quick in the last year so. Yesterday they had me on hold on the for 10 minutes. Then a difference pharmacy staff came on the line, saying she didn't know what was going on and put me back in a hold for 5 minutes. She had a horrible attitude and said, I just got brought into this I need you to hold on. I them told her I needed one more prescription filled, gave her the name. She said, if I find it I'll fill it have a nice day and hung up. It's ridiculous!"

"Went today to pick up prescriptions. I have never had any real issue in the past and the staff is for the most part very pleasant. Today I tell them at around 11:15am that i will be there to pick up the prescriptions i was filling for my husband and I at 3:30. I arrived around 3:15 and they tell me they are just "finishing up" and it will be a "few minutes" okay thats no big deal. 45 minutes later i was still sitting there waiting i had not been addressed as to why it was taking so long or anything. So now it is a little over an hour later and im back home still with no prescriptions. Very very unprofessional."
