"Whatever you do, don’t go to this store (if I could give it a zero star I would!!) The big black woman is uncannily nasty. Don’t ask her for a price on an item or she will yell at you. Whatever kind of anger she’s feeling that day, she’ll take it out on you, even if you’re nice to her. She needs anger management classes!! A pitiful excuse for a human, let alone a cashier. Terrible, avoid at all costs!!!"
"Personally I love Family Dollar, but I wish they'd resolve the shopping cart issue. There are very few in the Cleveland heights stores where I shop. If you're fortunate enough to get one You can't take it outside to your car to unload your purchases. The cashiers are more than willing to escort you to your car with your purchases but they have to leave the register to escort the customer to their vehicle. Often, very often they already have a line."
