"I ordered online and turned out I had the incorrect item. I went into the store to make an exchange and that was a huge issue. I had my receipt ans confirmation emails as well. The lady at the photo counter was rude and seemed to get confused easily. She filled in the store manager. He also was confused by my exchange request and did not help. I had to just leave and call corporate. They was just refunded in full. For such a large company you would think their staff would be more knowledgeable and be semi helpful. Nope and could go without the bad attitude."

"I have been a customer of this location for as long as I can remember. But I have picked my last prescription up here. Arrived at the drive-thru at 8:32 p.m. after a trip to urgent care. I had a prescription for an antibiotic. The pharmacist didn't even look at the script and the pharmacy tech told me they would not fill the prescription today. When I stated it was for an antibiotic, the pharmacy tech went and spoke to the pharmacist who refused to fill the prescription. Walgreens just lost a long time customer and my family's business. There are plenty of other pharmacies to choose from in Brunswick. Went to drug Mart and they'd even bat an eye 15 minutes before closing at filling my prescription and did it with a smile. I wasn't even one in their established customers! I am now."
