"I went to marcs grocery chardon rd willoughby once again to see if they've done something about the bad ginger I normally see on the shelf but to no avail. I talked to the managers and they promised to do something about it (7th time i talked to them about this issue). Please, dont go and get ginger from this store. The black substance i see in it can be considered food poisoning. Cooperate, please if you see this post, do something about the bad ginger in your store. Thanks"
"I am tired of being overcharged every time I am in your store. Today, Saturday Oct 28, 2023. I was overcharged again, and was told rudely by Diane U, to go buy my stuff elsewhere! I know what it takes to change the prices in the office. Someone is slacking on their job. Get it right. I won't be back!"

Clean and staff on the floor are very helpful, polite and friendly Unfortunately - the cashiers started out exceedingly helpful/friendly/cheery when the store opened but now they have quite the attitude and are not friendly or helpful. I will continue to shop weekly at this store but it's time for customer service training for the cashiers!"
