"This place is a joke. It is 2:25 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and they are not open. One man was approaching the doors, we were parking and as we were about to approach a lady that was leaving says”They are not open”. We were about to leave and a female worker comes through the first set of automatic doors and looks around. I tell my husband , someone is there so I approach the automatic outside doors and they don’t open. I see another person, a male walking around and knock and no one approaches. There is NO sign to indicate they were closed and No they were not being robbed. They would not even open the door. Something is wrong with society when they don’t recognize they don’t have any customers. That was 3 potential customers that were lost. That does not include all that comes before or after us. I even called and let the phone ring at least 20 times and no answer. LAZY non-working people. I’m just tired of everyone wanting more pay and don’t want to work for it."

"Store used to be good. Now it’s never open. They close down at like 2 if you’re lucky. Sometimes they don’t even open up. This has been going on for months now.."

"Placed an order late last night, taking my good time to get the best deal and have it pickuped up after work. My window was 4-5pm and at 4:45pm ive heard nothing. I call the store and a helpful employee told me the device used for pickups wasn’t working properly, but she would have no problem taking my items down and getting them ready for me. 5 minutes later a manager calls me back and says we cant fulfil the order and I ask why. And he says he can’t. I just hung up I was so upset at how rude that interaction was after dealing with a helpful and nice employee. I had to drive 10 minutes away to a further dollar general to go and pick out my own items because i was worried I was going to be treated like that again. Not to mention some of my coupons have vanished after my order was cancelled. I try to be understanding but that was just awful. The next closest one to this dollar general has helpful and nice employees."

"It’s 530pm on a Tuesday and this location is closed. The hours of operations are clearly on the door and it is no where near closing time. I watched a semi pull in the back to deliver the new products and no one was there to let them in. Either run things properly or shut down!"
