"I have been going to Principle Barbershop since the day they opened. Chuck and his staff are one of a kind, and are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They do their best to rebook you when things come up (because we all know life happens). The atmosphere is awesome, and Chuck always has local artwork hanging on the walls for sale to help support the other local guys and gals. I moved to Florida in 2020, but I still fly back to Cleveland when it’s time for a chop to come to Principle. You may think I’m crazy for this, but trust me - IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP! Their online store is also a lifesaver for me as I am able to still order my products through Principle, and Chuck and his team get them packaged and shipped to me within a few days. "I’ve been going to Chuck since 2013. I will follow this barber to the ends of the Earth. 100% consistent, excellent work and so friendly and humble. It’s been so great to see him open his own business that is thriving. It’s always busy when I hop in there. I’m also Korean and Asian hair can be a bit tricky. Chuck is a master at making it look amazing. All of the barbers there are elite as well. Be sure to make an appointment because they can book up quite fast."
