"Very unprofessional. Sent my two boys for cuts. They waited for 3 hours only to be told the prices changed. It had always been 10 dollars for kids and 15 for older kids. My son is under 12. So now all kids are 15. But it took you 3 hours to say that and you let my son walk out with no haircut. The business like thing to do would have been to cut the hair and say I'll do it now but tell your mom its 15 dollars next time....not sit there 3 hours to be told you're 5 dollars short. Then called the owner and it was like in one ear out the other! Will never set foot in this barber shop and been stop going to the beauty salon next door...beauty unleashed. Throw both buildings away! Smh! Back to my old barber we go. Smh.....disappointed. And to keep saying they charge that because they are so good...Shelly stop....the one son that he did do hair look like s**t. I now have to take him to get it recut! Go to detroit urban kutz i believe...10 dollars for kids under 12. Awesome job just long waits cause they be booked.... I would rather wait!"
