"It's a local convenience store. The prices are good. Sometimes you'll be waiting a tad too long for checkout but it's nothing unreasonable. The employees are people, too -- reading these reviews, I wish that others would try to be more tolerant."

"I love the duo that opens the store. I stop by every morning at 515am M-F and the roller grill items are literally perfect. Thanks you two!"

"I was born and raised in Cincinnati. Part of what makes Cincinnati special is great shakes from UDF! I have fond memories of growing up with shakes from UDF. As many people do, I wandered away from my home town for several years. Anytime that I visited, I would always pick up a great shake. I recently moved back to the Queen City. I quickly adopted the routine of treating my self to a shake from time to time. The shakes are as good as I remember. However, the UDF on Madison in Oakley has very poor service. As soon as the cashier notices my eyes staring at the shakes, they start complaining about making shakes. Often times, they will lie and say the shake machine is down. One time, they told me they quit making shakes at 9PM. I figured this was a common thing due to staffing issues, but the following day they told me they quit serving shakes at 8 PM. I found that they just quit serving shakes at whatever time I arrive. My roommate has years of industry experience and says that he could not imagine working with this type of behavior. I think of the great Native Cincinnati people such as Charlie Hustle, President Taft, Charlie Sheen and many more who achievements are due to great shakes. However, I worry about the future of UDF and more importantly the youth of Cincinnati. With out great shakes, the youth will be more prone to drugs and violence and UDF will be to blame. UDF, I ask that you Make Shakes Great Again!"

"They're a pretty great UDF. I live half a mile away from this particular location and therefore am a semi regular customer. They have NEVER failed to be courteous and always strive to satisfy customers as much as they are able to. They work hard to keep the store well stocked and to maintain a clean, sanitary environment that upholds covid guidelines. They're good people. Please remember that while you'll probably only know them as the UDF employee serving you, they're people first and can only do so much especially in this dumpster fire pandemic situation. And as someone who somewhat consistently visits this UDF location and will continue to visit them, they do their absolute best every time they work their shift which is honestly all we can ask from any person."

"Both attendants and the manager, Amanda, refused to let my 7 year old Autistic daughter use the restroom. We live 2 hours away and we’re making an emergency stop off the interstate for that reason. She isn’t able to hold it long, like most kids. I begged them. They didn’t even flinch in turning her away, stating a security issue. I will never spend another dime there."
