"Lovely selection but POOR customer experience! Our entry into the store was not acknowledged. Two men conversing at the doorway behind the counter did not notice us despite a clanging bell on the entry door. One man actually faced us as we stood there but he did nothing to alert the clerk wearing an apron but no mask. Only when a second party entered the store, did the clerk turn to us. Without moving, he asked twice if we needed help. Finally he came over and pulled out a wheel of cheese. The mask he had hung on one ear was lazily attempted to be placed over his mouth but then he gave up any effort. He turned his head to continue the conversation with the other man but then returned to cut the cheese and coughed all over our Cheese section. My patient husband told him ‘we’re done’ and left! So rude, gross and lacking respect!!"
"I really wish I could give more stars but after the last two visits I’ve had here I honestly can’t I waited over 30 minutes one time to order(granted on a Saturday). The final straw was walking in(Thursday afternoon) to have two I repeat two customers in front of me waited around 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, never happened so when I saw my boyfriend finish up his business across the street at the meat shop I decided I wasn’t going to waste any more of my time. Love your products hate your customer service."
