"Seemed clean and cashier was friendly. Easy access off Kellogg. Plenty of pumps. Good selection of ice cream and related treats, both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, plenty of snacks, including some treats from Buskens Bakery. My only complaint was that there was only one cashier whose job also entails dipping/serving ice cream, shakes, etc., so it took a while for me to be served, despite only 2 people in line ahead of me. Not the cashier's fault. I just might recommend they staff more people. When I did my transaction, the cashier was friendly and efficient."
"Very disappointing service. I am currently pregnant and went in to get malts with my sisters after attending a family funeral. Was blatantly ignored by the young male associate working behind the counter and when a woman associate finally came up to take our order she was mumbling under her breathe but made sure to speak loud enough for us to hear “Why do they even want ice cream? This is ridiculous. I’m trying to leave. I just want to leave.” She wouldn’t even look us in the eye and ask what we wanted to order. The only thing she said was “You can go ahead whenever.” All while wearing airpods so we weren’t even sure if she was talking to us. If your associates can’t perform the bare minimum of the required job, then they shouldn’t be working at this establishment. Never have I or my family been treated so disrespectfully at a UDF. Will not be returning."
"Not sure why almost every time I stop here the shelves are empty, hot foods empty, ‘deli’ sandwich’s are empty. Yet there’s 4 employees on site. One working, one sitting in the corner, one outside smoking and one complaint about everything under the sun. Do better UDF"
"This UDF is one of the worst stores that I have been in the bathrooms are always disgusting two of the girls I need to change for a 20 and they took almost 10 minutes to get me change they didn't care about my time I've had attitude from a male that works there he was rude to my dog because he was waiting for me outside and if you're going to be rude to animals then I will not visit your store and I will give you a bad review is the way that I feel. This place needs to get some new employees that want to work and that are friendly"
