I received on last Saturday No Baked chicken and I was Very upset and disappointed I do plan on calling today it was a very hard time for me. "Let me say this, I love their fried chicken and the sides it's the best deal in town but......the customer service is horrible with the exception of the young lady who has been there for quite some time and her daughter, they are very friendly. However the older gentleman's whole disposition is terrible he stays with an attitude he acts like your bothering him and he never has on a hair net or gloves he's just down right nasty."
