"We were shopping at the Kroger near VOA… but they’re so terrible so we switched back to this Kroger. Please fix the American flag so it’s displayed properly. This Kroger team seems to be trying… keep it up… still plenty of room for improvement."

"During my recent visits to Kroger, I've observed that some customers are not properly scanning their items during checkout, leading to potential inaccuracies and inefficiencies in the process. This issue not only affects the store's revenue but also impacts the overall customer experience. To address this concern, I recommend implementing a more proactive approach to ensuring that all items are properly scanned before customers leave the checkout area. This could involve increasing staff presence at checkout lanes to provide assistance and monitor transactions. Staff members can offer friendly reminders to customers to scan all items and verify that the scanned items match those in the cart. By taking proactive measures to improve checkout efficiency and accuracy, Kroger can enhance customer satisfaction, minimize revenue loss, and foster a more positive shopping experience for everyone."

"I just moved to Sharonville. Been shopping at Mulberry (Milford) most of my 65 years. They were always helpful and friendly. Today I asked an employee if they have Kroger dinner rolls. She said ask them, I don't work in the bakery. Asked bakery, she said on the shelf. DUH! Finally said I'll show you, crankilly , they're not part of the bakery! Then I went to get fried chicken. After a long wait a man waited on me, told him I want 8 piece deal. Women that wouldn't wait on me comes from back and says" Isn't there some out there on the shelf?" She stomps out and points. Your employees should be trained to realize there may be new shoppers! I will not be going back to this store, and given your employee's attitude I doubt if anyone cares. Too bad no stars isn't a rating"

"I was so excited that I moved within walking distance of my favorite grocery store to be routinely disappointed and forced to change or completely abandon recipes and plans for dinner that night because lack of stock or sometimes just not wanting to enter the store because the checkout line will be 15 people long with children that are openly commenting on people’s appearances with total disregard for others. Just close this down and use it as on online shipping center. After this I will be driving to any other Kroger close to me and others feel the same. Can’t tell you how many times people in line have started conversation with me in line saying the same exact things I just did."

"This seems like a good Kroger location. The store was well-stocked and the produce looked fresh. The employees all were working hard to keep the store going. It's a little further than my regular store, but if I was headed home from the area, if consider stopping here. They have a larger-than-average area for office and art supplies."
