"What a dump...Eagle should bare some shame on this one. Terrible produce. We just built a house near here and am surprised this area tolerates this store. My one plug is for Cap in the meat department. We travel further out to avoid this store."
"The staff here are very kind. Especially the adult male cart attendant and the younger male worker who helped me behind the service counter. I was having a terrible day and was hard to deal with. They were kind the entire time and it really stuck with me after I left. Thank you for your kindness."
"This is literally the worse grocery store in central Ohio. So often when shopping the “workers” are too busy chatting to be of any help or they are telling me what my kids can or can’t do in the store. Focus a little more on customer service please."
"Overpriced, limited organic selections, you must have a giant eagle card to use self checkout (which I see as an invasion of privacy) and they force you to use CHEAP paper bags which, even when not overloaded, rip and spill a dozen eggs down your staircase. I’m all for being environmentally friendly but with your outlandish prices you’d think you can afford higher quality bags."
"They have a good meat selection. And the staff at this store is always very friendly. I also like that this store has actual cashiers, and your NOT forced to use self scan. The store is also clean too."
