"I have never in my life made a review on a business, but today; Headquarters Barbershop in Dayton Mall was the last straw. Showed up with my 3 boys to get their hair cut and at 3:13pm Est these characters say that they leaving for the day. Keep in mind I called before I came and was told to come on up. Like what !!!!???? This is not the first issue time my wife and I have had issues either. My wife has been overcharged several times when the prices are clearly posted in the shop (never seems to happen when I’m present). This shop needs to go back to square one and start with real barbers who actually love what they do, not barbers who cut enough heads to get a pack and bounce. SMH like I said, it wasn’t the first bad experience but it will definitely be my family’s LAST. I don’t care if Jesus come back and get his hair cut there. NOPE NOPE NO."
"The barbers here really know what they are doing. My hubby and my son both get their haircut here. My hubby has a full beard so finding someone that new how to take care of his beard was a huge plus. The only downside is that they do a lot of walk Ian's so even if you had an appt set up you may have to wait for a bit. Totally worth the weight tho."

"Most unprofessional place ever. Appointments mean absolutely nothing. Your time is not valued. Ive given this place numerous times to get it right and they simply failed. My grandchild had to sit hours to get hair cut with an appointment with no concern. There super slow. Last and final visit a employee took his son to cut his hair first thing in morning with no regard to us as paying customer with the promised first morning appointment. No one greets you you just sit there for hours and hours. Do yourself a favor if you value your time and want a great experience...move on because this simply isnt the place"
"Always a good experience when I bring my son to Headquarters. He started getting cut here at 2yo and the barbers are always willing to fit us in. They even go out of their way to keep him calm during the cut. I usually walk in so I have had several different barbers cut him and not once has anyone turned us down. We always leave happy satisfied customers! Tip for parents: As an incentive for my son to sit calmly I bribe him with a train ride after and he truly looks forward to it."
