"Completely unprofessional. When his dad ran the place it was a lot smoother and friendlier atmosphere. I came to get my haircut on my birthday waited and hour and then let a little kid and his grandma go ahead of me while I stepped outside. When I came back in they were just getting done and he told me I lied about being there even though I had been signed in for over an hour. Seems confused and generally out of it all of the time. I live a mile away and get my hair cut every two weeks it’s a shame, but I’m never going back there again. He needs to contact his dad to learn how to be professional and courteous. Edit: In response to the owners comment. I have no reason to lie or make this up obviously, this could of been a simple miscommunication like I initially said to you when I was there but you didn’t want to hear any of it, insisting I’m a liar. Good luck with that attitude."
