"We took our 2-year-old son to another hair cutting place for kids, but he screamed the whole time and didn't want to sit in their kids seat that looked like a car. The staff at that place didn't do much to calm him down either. Then we took our son to Floyd's not knowing what to expect from a barbershop for a child. They did AMAZING with our son. He sat still by himself the whole time. The barber was wonderful with him. She let him touch the clippers and made him feel empowered...and not scared. She treated my son like a young man, so he acted accordingly. We went back a second time with a different barber and our son did just as well the second time. On top of that, his hair looked really cute. I liked the way my haircut looked as well. We will definitely continue to go to Floyd's for our haircuts. Make sure you call for an appointment and be ready to pay with cash."

"Floyd's is a great shop! All of the barbers are personable and friendly. Although my personal favorite is Roze, everytime! She's great with all ages, and needs. Their prices are reasonable and competitive, but the service and results, beat the others 10-1 EVERYTIME! I wouldn't send my kids or husband to anyone else! And the antique atmosphere, makes the experience all the more enjoyable."
