"Had my prescription sent to Krogers the same day I went to my doctor was waiting for them to call and say it was ready never got a call so I call them and they tell me they don't have my medication in stock and said they sent me a message but i had no message from them. This is on a Friday around 6.40 in the evening my doctor office is closed now so they tell me it won't be in stock until that following Monday. So for 2 day's I will be without my medicine. And yes they were so rude. I'm done with them too"

"Absolutely worthless pharmacy. I dont know why anyone would continue to use them. Always rude and belittling. Always condescending. Always at least a 2 hour wait. Multiple times they have lost the script my doc sends over. Trust me, go somewhere else. The hospital pharmacy is a wonderful choice!"

Experience Precision:

"You get a text your prescription is ready after you pick it up. Also pharmacy not only closed Thanksgiving day but also Friday. I checked Wednesday to see store hours and there website said nothing about being closed the next 2 days. So went to Rite Aid and there service was kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. Save yourself some heart ach and go to Rite Aid. Also they are open Thanksgiving day for its customer's."
