"They never have things stocked that I need, the staff seems rude and they put returns back on the shelf. I bought a $180 blow drier and I almost got one that had been used. (The protective sleeve had been removed, there was finger smudges all over it and the contents of the box were totally out of order.) Luckily I open boxes and look at things before I buy. If you're buying anything expensive here I'd advise you do a thorough inspection."
