"An absolutely enjoyable trail not to miss. Clean, well groomed, open, easy riding trail with lots of natural habitat and points of interest. From the Franklin trailhead parking lot the ride is filled with plenty of places to rest or box lunch, which I did and enjoyed being a part of it all. After you'll just keep biking and end up in Clinton. While in Clinton, bike the town's streets to be a part of it's culture before heading a short distance to Canal Fulton for another enjoyable adventure."

"What I found unique about this section of the Towpath Trail was the fact it had a miniature campground. On this trail, you have flowers and trees to look at and in very nice weather, people will be seen out walking the trail. You will also get to see a part of a river called "Pancake Creek.""
