The one and only time I didn't like the way the color turned out she was easy to talk to and fixed it right away. She is not only my stylist at this point she is a great friend. She does my hair for all the important events in my life. She even cuts my sons hair now! She is great with kids and as you can imagine toddlers hair is difficult to cut but it looks great every time. She is so patient and kind. I can't say enough good things about her.
