"Spent over $100 just to be treated very rudely at checkout. The no cash back sign was flipped the other way. So obviously I didn't see it. She slams my money on the counter then makes a growl and storms off.... That's no way to treat a customer who spends over $100 of their money.. I'll go to another store before I spend my hard earned money to be treated that way.... If you don't like your job go find another... smh"
"Nikki at this store is a great asset to your company!!! She goes above and beyond by cleaning, being friendly, returning items to correct places that stupid kids think is funny to rearrange and also deals with punks that try to rob the store repeatedly! I've seen the police blotter and don't envy her job!!! It's thankless when you don't have enough staff. I think you should give her a raise!!!! I feel safe in this store, even with all the punks and people trying to rob them!"
"This was the only available cart both outside and inside the store. (Dirty from customer) Very rude girl at the front desk did not even try to help me find one in the store or clean that one. She had No Face cover on!!"
"The shelves are all bare. Everytime we go in there we can't find what we need. We use to go there at least once a day. Not anymore. It looks like they are going out of business. That's on Cleveland Rd sandusky ohio. Now we go to the one on perkins ave in sandusky or dollar general on Cleveland Road."
