"Always a positive shopping experience here. Staff usually greet you upon entering the store and ask if they can help you find something. I have no friends or relatives who work at this store or any other Ace Hardware, so my review is without bias. Rocky's Ace Hardware truly has the best customer service of any hardware store. "Cashier sitting and eating Wendy's Chili at the register while working. Ordered online and no one could find my order. Had to then try to find the product on the floor myself. Once I find it, another employee located my order sitting behind a different register. No one knew what was going on and very lackadaisical. I held the door open for an elderly man with a heavy item while employees were just hanging around."
"I have a old house and was looking for old fuses. I called the store after I went to a Walmart that claimed to have the fuses I needed but did not. the staff was very friendly and the lady that answered said she wasn't sure but would ask to be sure. They made sure before I made the drive they had the stock and friendly when I came with my 2 year old! Even gave her pennies for the charity wheel she loved it watching the pennies circle down!"
