Cook Park is a charming pocket park located in Moraine, Ohio, United States. Named in honor of former Oakwood Mayor Judy Cook, this park holds historical significance as it sits on land deeded to the city in 1912 by the estate of Adam Schantz, Sr. The German immigrant, who founded the Schantz Park neighborhood of Oakwood, made sure that the land was designated for public park purposes only, with no buildings ever to be erected on it. Situated at the northeast corner of Schenck Avenue and Oakwood Avenue, Cook Park offers a peaceful retreat for visitors to enjoy nature and relax in a serene environment.
