"Billie & I rode the bike up here yesterday. Great ride up and the kake veiws are totally awesome!"
"Not sure how busy it is under normal circumstances but during the pandemic may 31st it was packed but very pleasant with no issues and water was cool too"
"Love the beach area, the only thing I didn't like was, since we had our family dog, they had us move to an area where there was a drain and a bunch of debris. I stepped on a fish carcus had to pull it out of my foot and it was just nasty with other debris. I had poop bags for my dog but couldnt be in the sand area where everyone else was swimming. I was confronted 3 times and told something different. They should let dogs in the sand and swimming area. It's wrong to send the dog and their owners to an area that has trash, dead fish carcus and debris. I've been there several times with my dog and this is the first time I was talked to by 3 different people telling me 3bdifferent things. Then being told I will get ticketed for swimming in that area that they told us to swim because I had my dog. Come on Brookville, get with the program, she has been my comfort dog for some time now and I was very humiliated when I had to move twice while the woman on the megaphone had to put her two cents in after I was already approached. Make people accountable!!! Let us have our pets on the beach, have poop bags available for those that don't bring them or forget them at home. Let people know that if you do have pets that they have to clean up after them."
