"Not only pay-to-park, you must register your license plate. What used to be a free beach/peir/fishing/boatlaunch is now taxed. Payed parking does not include an unlocked restroom facility! I often go here to photograph the beach, Erie, pier, and Davis Besse nuclear tower 24 Miles away in Ohio."
