"I haven't been to this store in 21 years. I was so surprised to see the change. It was so clean and smelled so good. I was there for 2 reasons,,fresh fruit and a Birthday cake. I was not disappointed. I bought oranges, bananas, blackberries and blueberries. The blackberries were so good and sweet. When I went to the bakery the bakery manager was the one that took care of me. She was so helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she never lost her patience with me. Shelly was super!!! I would recommend everyone to go there. I am out of State and was so pleased by the way I was treated. Thank you Krogers."

"I normally use the Caroline cart at the Kroger's house for disabled people. And every time I come in the store to get it I can't find it. They keep it in the office and use it for storage instead of having it reachable to use for disabled children... took 10 min to find it.."
"Several items are consistently out of stock, especially in the produce and frozen food sections. Additionally, produce is often not as fresh as it should be. Lastly, the brand, Pet Pride Cat Food, is consistently out of stock. I just started going to a different Kroger."
