"My endocrinologist changed my generic med to brand name because I just wasn't tolerating it. When they called the prescription into my hillsboro walgreens, I called to see if the prescription was ready to pick up, I was told by the pharmacy tech that it couldn't be filled because they had just filled the generic form. I spent 20 minutes trying to convince this individual that it was a med change, not a refill. When she couldn't grasp what I was saying, I asked to speak with the pharmacist. I was told that the pharmacist was just too busy to talk to me, and I'd have to call back later. When she hung up, I called CVS, changed my pharmacy, and had my new prescription in hand in under an hour. These people scare me at Walgreens."
"I don't know what happened to the Hillsboro Walgreens but it really changed for the worse. I've been using this pharmacy for 17 yrs and now I'm going to have to move my stuff elsewhere."
