"I used Floral Reflections for my wedding in September 2023. I cannot emphasize enough how horrible my experience was. I had met with them 3 times (as well as many emails and texts) over the past year to come up with the arrangements, colors, and decorations that I would be purchasing/ renting for my wedding. So many of the things we talked about (and contractually agreed to) were not met. I had stated over and over that I didn't want orange flowers, and I showed up to orange flowers in all of my centerpieces as well as a box full of them for the 3 chandeliers. The colors that were in our contract for the florals were definitely not ordered. I also stated that I did not want fake candlesticks, and that is what was brought to my venue. Additionally, the person I had been working with all year completely ignored my calls and texts the 2 days before my wedding. It was the most stressful experience when you should be enjoying the days before your wedding and I hope that no other bride has to go through that."
"At a recent visit to Floral Reflections I was helped by a pleasant high school gal and a lady (the owner ?) when choosing flowers for a saddle. Both were kind and helpful when talking about color choices. As hard as it was to choose these flowers the lady understood and said she would say some prayers for me today. The world needs more people such as this sweet soul! The flowers were beautiful as well. Highly recommend these folks!"

"Above & Beyond = Perfection!! Calling from 200 miles away , you truly never know what you will get ! This extremely helpful sweet lady took the time to take pictures of options she had in the store and sent to me. Was perfect! I ask if she could add a certain ribbon & some flowers . Oh my gosh , it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The price was even great too. Highly - Highly reccomend. Thank you for the expertise and adding some heart !"
